Reschedule Request
To request a postponement of your AMSA league game, this form needs to be filled out. The AMSA Administrator will then share your request with your opponent who have until Thursday 5 PM before the game to grant your team a reschedule.
A team may request that a game be postponed with the written consent of the other team. A request to postpone must be submitted to the Administrator and the other captain at least five days in advance of the match in question. The other captains must consent to the postponement at least three days in advance of the match and subsequently approved and confirmed by the League Administrator. A requesting team may not be granted more than one match postponement per round.
