The Austin Men’s Soccer Association is governed by the Board of Captains. The AMSA Executive Committee, which is made up of AMSA Officers and Division Commissioners, shall perform such functions and decide such matters as the BOARD may direct and shall act as authorized the AMSA Constituion.
